Teroc operates the website at www.teroc.uk. We provide procurement intelligence for growing UK businesses.

We collect personal data in two ways:

Beta interest form — when you apply for early access, we collect:

• First and last name
• Work email address
• Company name and size
• Job title

Beta agreement form — when you accept the Beta Testing Agreement, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Company name
• Date and time of acceptance

Analytics data — if you accept cookies, we collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4. No personally identifiable information is included. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

• Beta interest form — to assess and manage applications to our beta programme. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Beta agreement form — to maintain a record of accepted terms. Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligation.
• Analytics — to understand how our site is used and improve it. Legal basis: consent.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain data submitted through our forms for as long as the beta programme is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. When data is no longer needed it is deleted. You can request deletion at any time — see section 7.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following processors to operate our service:

• Microsoft Azure Communication Services — used to deliver email notifications internally. Your data passes through this service but is not stored by it beyond delivery.
• Google Analytics — anonymous analytics data only, and only if you have given consent.

6. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Objection — object to our processing of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format

7. Unsubscribe and data removal

To be removed from our beta interest list or to have your data deleted, email hello@teroc.uk with "Remove my data" in the subject line. We will action your request promptly.
